SAFT LS26500Plus Lithium Battery Type C 3.6V 8500mAh

Description

NEW: Lithium battery (lithium-thionyl or LiSOCl₂) brand SAFT- France, usually used in digital meters, now in the Plus version, with extended autonomy of 8500mAh (replaced the Saft LS26500 version of 7700mAh). It stands out for its extremely wide temperature range at which it can be used, especially in applications with slow discharges (<150mA).

The LS cell product range has been independently assessed and tested to the relevant parts of IEC 60086-4 and ATEX IEC 60079-11 part 10.5 in the IECEx system. This allows them to be considered for applications in hazardous locations and potentially explosive atmospheres. The electrolyte is non-flammable, they have excellent corrosion resistance and the magnetic signature is very low.

LS coil cells are specifically designed for long-term applications (5 to 20+ years), having a few μA base currents and periodic pulses, typically in the range of 5 - 150 mA.
