Lithium battery SAFT LS14500 with welded terminals

Description

Lithium battery (lithium-thionyl or LiSOCl₂) brand Saft - France, usually used as a backup battery in equipment that uses low currents such as: numerically controlled lathes (CNC), digital meters, heat spreaders, temperature and humidity recorders, etc., where it offers very high autonomy due to the 2600mAh capacity. It is delivered with nickel-plated terminals with two pins each (terminal code 4PF RP), or with axial pins, at both ends.

Terminals - optional: 4PF RP = nickel strip with 2 pins at each end, for fixing to the electronic board. The pins have a width at the narrow end (fixing on the plate) of 1 mm / CNA - axial pins

Pin welding: Pins welded by spot welding on Myaki equipment (Japan). Welding is performed upon request in the Sprinter2000 workshop in Rasnov (BV).

Distance between pins (inner hollow): three options available - choose the desired option when ordering:

• Variant 1: distance between pins 6.2mm (±0.5mm). Overall dimensions of the lamella: 17.5x8.2x0.2 mm (lengthxwidthxthickness)
• Variant 2: distance between pins 9 mm (±0.5mm). Overall dimensions of the lamella: 15x11x0.2 mm (lengthxwidthxthickness)
• Variant 3: Axial pins
• Variant 4: One pin at each end, at 90°, for fixing on the electronic board
• Variant 5: Wires/cables LIY 1x0.25 red/black, for connection to equipment or cables with plugs.

Do not throw away used batteries. Hand them over to authorized collection centers (such as CCR Rebat containers located in large stores).
