Description

The distribution box ("Splitter Box") produced in the UK by Wolf Safety Lamp Co. model LL-260/SS is compact, portable and is CE marked, being also certified for use in potentially explosive areas Z1, Z2 (gases), Z21 and Z22 (dust), thus being ideal for use in enclosed spaces.

The ATEX Splitter Box, which operates up to 254 V, is extremely versatile, allowing for a number of different power solutions for task and/or ambient lighting. It can power Wolf's LinkEx™ and Floodlite LED temporary luminaires and other cable-powered lighting products.

The ATEX Splitter Box facilitates the power supply of lighting networks in different areas, linked together and extended from a central point, allowing a larger area to be illuminated quickly and easily and reducing the number of cables in the work area. An additional advantage of the ATEX splitter box is the ability to power auxiliary equipment along with maintenance lighting.

Built to the same high standards as the Wolf ATEX 400VA transformers, the Splitter Box ATEX is robust: with a quality 316 stainless steel housing with a 316 stainless steel bracket for increased corrosion resistance. This ensures that it can withstand the harshest environments and is always ready for use. It is compact and has a stable design, and the integrated handle makes it very easy to move and place, even in potentially explosive gas and dust atmospheres.

The splitter is fully compatible with Wolf temporary lighting solutions and is NATO, Ex, CE, IECEx certified.
