BRUNOX® Turbo-Clean is an acetone-free solution for degreasing, dismantling and caring for bicycles, motorcycles and various car components. It is primarily used for cleaning braking systems (brake discs), but not only. If you have accidentally sprayed lubricant spray on your bicycle brake disc, Turbo Clean is the solution that will save you from replacing the discs! Spray generously on the greased discs and you will notice in a few seconds that there is no trace of lubricant left (the application of Turbo Clean will be done immediately after the accidental contact of the lubricant with the discs, without using the brake; otherwise the brake pads, which are more difficult to degrease, will also be contaminated).

This product can also be used to clean parts other than the brake system - engines, gearboxes, equipment, etc. Dirty brake systems, rims, sprockets, chains, transmission systems, couplings, frames and metal parts are cleaned of organic and mineral dirt in the shortest possible time - adhering residues can be removed. It removes moisture, evaporates without leaving traces and prevents or reduces brake squeal.

Application: Apply a generous amount of BRUNOX® Turbo-Clean, remove dirt with a cloth or brush (only if necessary).

Effect: Dissolves dirt, brake fluid, grease, oil residues and dust. Due to the high application pressure, it penetrates into the smallest spaces and dissolves dust, brake fluid, assembly paste, dirt, grease, oil, etc. and acts as a powerful degreasing agent.

Residues: The product leaves no residue after application

Propellant gas: Carbon dioxide 2.5-5%

Pressure: ~5.5-6.5 bar (~5500 hPa) at 20°C

Contents: C6-C7 hydrocarbons and propellant gas. Does NOT contain: alcohol, acids, heavy metals, chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Aggressiveness towards metals and paint: Does NOT attack metal and paint. Does NOT attack plastic and rubber, is NOT dangerous for brake lines and O-ring seals.

Conductivity: Is NOT conductive

Hazardous components: Does NOT contain acetone, does NOT contain silicone, does NOT contain heavy metals, does NOT contain acids, does NOT contain aromatic components, does NOT contain chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Application method: Can be applied in any position thanks to the high-pressure spray valve that rotates 360° and thus the contents of the tube can be completely emptied. The powerful jet removes everything, but also guarantees controlled evaporation, allowing the parts to be cleaned with a cloth afterwards. This makes the product very economical and very effective. Thanks to the very strong jet, it degreases quickly and penetrates even very small spaces!

Flow rate (ESTIMATE): 3-5 g/sec. at maximum valve pressure. Effective pressure depends on and varies depending on the temperature of the gas in the tube. Complete emptying of the 500ml container: 3-6 minutes of continuous spraying at maximum flow rate.

Environmental compatibility: No acetone / No heavy metals / No aromatic compounds / No chlorinated hydrocarbons
