LED projector Antiex LinkEx™ WF-250XL

Description

The LED projector LINKEx ™ WF-250XL is designed to provide the optimal level of light for work in small and dark spaces in dangerous areas, with risk of fire or explosion, with 24V power supply. Up to 8 such projectors can be connected and powered, using a single Wolf transformer. The projector is certified for use in Zone 1, T4, IIC, between -40 °C and + 55 °C. in conditions of dangerous/explosive gases, vapors, fog or dust.

Available in two versions (choose the desired version at the time of ordering; the price differs depending on the version):

• WF250-XLL/SY10/ATX24 - 24V power supply, 10 meter SY cable and stand

The WF-250XL is rugged, lightweight and portable, yet delivers 3,189 lumens of bright white light that effectively illuminates your workspace, eliminating the uncomfortable glare of many powerful task lights.

Pluggable sockets allow multiple lights to be connected in a string from a single power source. Up to eight projectors can be powered by a single Wolf transformer, in different series or configurations, helping to keep costs down. Alternatively, other combinations, including for example 4 x WF-250XL and 4 x Wolf LX-400 luminaires, can be connected from a single Wolf transformer.

The power cable is available in two voltage options: 18-50V AC / DC and 90-264V AC / DC, both versions are supplied with 10 meters of SY cable with an ATX connector, or with other options available.

Both the high and low voltage versions can be equipped with LinkEx ™ sockets which allow, in the high voltage version, up to 20 projectors linked together in a daisy chain, powered from a single power source, to illuminate large reservoirs and tunnels.

Power consumption for both the low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) versions are low - 28 watts for LV and 31 watts for HV.

The WF-250XL provides the ideal amount of light to work efficiently, safely and without glare in smaller workspaces, with shadows minimized by multiple light sources - the LED panel has 18 LEDs, each LED having a encapsulated optical device. This patented design offers a 33 degree beam angle that provides long distance and wide area illumination.
High reliability LEDs are designed to provide a life of over 100,000 hours. The lifetime of the LEDs is ensured by efficient heat dissipation through built-in fins and electronic thermal control.

Safety is further enhanced with the unique Wolf Safe Optimum Voltage Indicator (SOVI) which alerts the user by pulsing the beam if the lights are running outside the certified and optimum voltage ranges, maximizing both safety and performance. This allows the user to connect multiple projectors safely as long as they operate within the certified voltage range. Both the HV and LV projector are certified for safety down to 0 volts.

The projector is made of materials tested in the harshest environments; the housing is made of marine grade aluminum and the lens is tough, scratch, impact and chemical resistant glass. Additional protection is provided by the frame, which is
constructed of quality 316 powder coated stainless steel and which also ensures that the light can be easily directed to the work area.

The WF-250XL is sealed and protected against water penetration with an IP66 / 67 certified housing.
