Description

When you use the grid recombiner | AquaGen pro from Hoppecke Germany, the gases that are produced during the decomposition of water in the battery, hydrogen and oxygen, are introduced into the unique aquagen system. By means of an integrated catalyst, these gases are recombined and water vapor is produced. Water vapor condenses on the walls of the recombiner and flows back into the battery.

Grid | AquaGen pro is suitable for lead-acid batteries and nickel-cadmium batteries with liquid electrolytes in stationary applications for emergency power supply. Gas recombination takes place with an efficiency of up to 98%. The resulting significant reduction in water consumption reduces maintenance costs over the lifetime of the battery. In addition, ventilation requirements and operating costs can be reduced due to reduced gas formation.
