Hoppecke grid | power FNC

The grid | power FNC nickel-cadmium battery is based on unique fiber-structure technology. In this design, the active material is embedded within a fabric made of nickel-plated plastic fibers, creating a highly effective and stable electrochemical connection between the components. Consequently, the FNC battery withstands severe shock and vibration loads and offers a long service life and extended cycle life, even under extreme temperature conditions. Thanks to the four available performance classes—X, H, M, and L—a very wide range of stationary UPS applications can be optimally covered. Everything from high-current discharges in diesel generator applications to long-duration discharges in conventional UPS systems can be handled efficiently using the appropriate battery type.

Particularly in applications subject to extreme temperatures, grid | power FNC stands out due to its long service life, thereby reducing replacement intervals and the costs associated with a new battery system.
