Lead accumulators are used as a source of energy in various applications such as lamps and projectors, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), energy backup in photovoltaic or wind systems, traction and semi-traction, etc. Lead or SLA (sealed-lead-acid) batteries are of several types: with free acid, AGM (electrolyte absorbed in glass fiber), with gel (gelled electrolyte). From the point of view of technology and functionality, there are standard accumulators for less demanding applications (alarms, block intercoms, etc.), high-rate (HR) for applications with higher currents for short periods of time, deep-cycle for applications with frequent cycles of deeper discharges, front-terminal (FT) which have the terminals positioned on the short side for easy access to the terminals when several batteries are positioned on the racks, long life (FL) for extended life span (10-12 years).

In order to find the battery you are looking for more easily, we have divided them below into two sub-categories: with capacities up to 18 Ah (or portable) and over 18 Ah (or industrial).

Note: you can find starting batteries (car/moto) separately in the Car/Moto category!
